There are several things I liked about this book. First, I liked that the author explained diabetes: pre-diabetes, type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. Second, I liked the information about a carbohydrate controlled diet. It is a diet that can be individualized and it can also be utilized with the whole family.
