“????'????????????????????????– ????’????????????????-?????’??????????????????. ??????????????????????????????????????????? ????.”I finished blood and rain and it did not disappoint. The story is based in a small-town community in which I completely connected with. I grew up in a small town so I understood the relationships and the mindsets of the characters as I moved through the story. The main character is sheriff joe fishers who has a rebellious daughter and a town that loves to talk. There’s a thing with small towns and gossip that is so true. Nothing is a secret for long and people love to talk. I love how the author went through multiple points of views with every character. I didn’t take the time to count every character because I was too engrossed in the story. I only remember the ones I connected with the most throughout the story. The author really fleshes out all the characters and gives you some way to connect with them and understand their situation. He doesn't just kill characters off all willy-nilly which I appreciate in a story. I don't like it when characters are just killed off and I don't feel anything for them. I connected most with the sheriff’s daughter because (1) I was a sheriff’s daughter in a small town growing up and (2) That she was a rebellious teen. I mean who wasn’t even a little rebellious as a teen? What’s the fun without a little rule breaking? It’s almost like you’re getting a little bit of a coming-of-age story out of this book as well as werewolf story.“??????????????????????????????????????. ??????????????????????????????????????,????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????.”Here is a little bit about the set up for the book: Under the full moon multiple deaths in the town awaken a sleeping fear. Sheriff joe must confront his past in order to save his daughter and the town. The book ran like a show in my head where it would have multiple stories lines leaving you on a cliff hanger every time. I was screaming “Why are you doing this to me! I want to know what happens next immediately with this character!” It was exciting to read it like the thrill of the chase. There are page breaks in the chapters that were short and the chapters were short as well making this a fast paced read. There was one part where my heart tightened up but I didn’t cry. It almost got me though! Nice try, Glenn! This was a great story will recommend it over and over again. 5/5 ⭐️ This is one of the best gruesome werewolf stories I have read so far.
