I came across this film by accident. Although I' saw it when I was about 15 years old early 70's, yeah the TV stations used to go off the air at12 mid! Remember those days? Lol! ??? I've always been a fan of Troy Donahue and Joey Heatherton, as well and Sandra Dee, Bobby Darren, James Darren, Ed Burns (Cooki) from 77 Sunset Strip and let's not forget Debbie Reynolds and Sally Fields. No African American shows Until September 17th, 1968 Diahanne Carrol in "Julia" and ended in March of 1971, She was the first AA pioneer. At any rate, this movie was a thriller- romance, had you on the edge of your seat, kinda sad and bittersweet at the same time. It reminds me of those times of my first awareness of self and your peers, arkwardness and rebellion. You definitely need some refreshments to watch this one, like a G and T, or Scotch and Soda or a nice glass of semisweet white/red wine. It's a good film. Keeps you thinkin "what the heck"? I bought this one as well. Hmm...I don't really know why? Must be addicted to romantic thrillers, who knows?
