This works!!! I’ve done this before last year, and achieved great success but kind of fell off. Now I’m committed and seeking God’s face in the matter. I agree with the reviewer, it is Biblical. Some people don’t understand the science behind it. Dr D explains it in little detail but also in more detain in “Eating Right for your Blood Type” book. Certain foods contain lectins. Lectins bond to specific cells (depending on the type) then produce the reaction based on the food. The main issue with blood type O is the lack of digestion and thyroid control. So if something is on the avoid list, it usually causes digestion issues or thyroid issues.I have been eating for my blood type for the past *almost* week and have lost 5lbs. Also, I did eat cauliflower rice as an exception over the past week. Every time I eat it I would bloat and have gas. When I’m strictly eating beneficial foods or minimum neutral foods, this doesn’t happen. Digestive issues have been a major issue for the past year and a held for me. But it’s because the cauliflower is messing with my inability to digest. And the times I’ve ate the cauliflower, I haven’t lost a pound, which I’ve been losing 1-2 lbs a day. But it’s makes sense. If my digestive tract isn’t working properly, I’m not losing weight. Also, “experts say 1-2 lbs is healthy for weight loss a week.” Judging based on what? An “one-size-fits all” diet. Truth is, everybody can’t eat the same thing. If it’s true, then there would be no overweight or obese people. Blood type O isn’t supposed to eat bread, gluten in particular, and wheat. Sugar isn’t healthy. These things are the biggest culprit for poor digestion and poor digestion leads to an excess of weight. So in essence, bread, sugar even complex carbs cause weight gain for blood type O. So if you’re eating for your blood type, then losing 1-2 lbs a day is healthy, not the statistic “experts” say based on their own misconstrued dieting views. Also, focus on beneficial foods rather than foods you should avoid. For example: with the cauliflower rice I had been eating, I swapped it out for broccoli rice. I love peanut butter but I swapped it out for pepita seed butter (pumpkin seed, which taste so good!). Instead of bread, I make my own bread using flaxseed meal.Alot of people complain about what they have to give up, but would you rather give up something that’s destroying your body slowly or continue to kill your digestive tract? Blood is the key to life! Life is a choice. I love it and I can’t see me eating any other way. I promote this to everyone who has digestive issues. It’s helped me tremendously! And I pray it does you as well.
